Who is responsible for your data

What I ask for

In the enquiry form: your name, your wedding date and venue, whether the date is final, whether the ceremony is in the morning or afternoon, how many people need makeup or hair, who you would like to get ready with, your WhatsApp number and, if you wish, your Instagram. I also keep the language of the page, the page you wrote from and, if you arrive from an ad or from Instagram, the link parameters (utm, fbclid or gclid), so I know what works.

If you message me on WhatsApp, I process what you tell me in the conversation.

What I use it for

• To answer your enquiry, tell you whether your date is available and send you the packages for your year on WhatsApp.
• If you go ahead, to prepare your quote and contract and to manage your booking, trials and service.
• To see where enquiries come from (Instagram, ads, Google) and improve the website and the ads.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). If you book, the performance of the contract and legal invoicing obligations.

How long I keep it

If you do not book, until one year after your wedding date or until you ask me to delete it. If you book, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally six years).

Who else sees it

I do not sell or pass on your data. To work, I use these providers, who process the data on my behalf:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and receives the form.
• FitPro Cloud, the client management system where your enquiry is stored and from which messages are sent.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), to message you.

Some of these providers have servers in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to take it to another service and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hola@email.origimenez.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, plus Meta and Google measurement cookies if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the footer.
