Booking terms
So everything is clear from the start. These terms come with every quote and contract; if your quote says something different, your quote applies.
Enquiry. Enquiring about a date does not book it. I confirm availability before sending you a quote.
Quote and contract. They set out the services, number of people, venue, planned timings, travel, booking percentage and VAT. You sign online.
Booking fee. Between 30 and 35% of the quote, as shown in yours, plus any VAT that applies. Your date is secured once the payment has been received and checked. You never pay before I have confirmed your date.
Trials. After booking we arrange your makeup or hair trial, if your package includes one. Trials take place at my studio in Barcelona; I send you the address when we schedule it.
Balance. On the wedding day, before the service starts, in cash.
Travel. Quoted separately according to distance. Destination weddings add a supplement, a minimum number of services and the team’s travel, accommodation and meals.
Changes. Changes to the date, venue, timings, number of people or services depend on availability and may change the quote. Added services are quoted separately.
Cancellation. The booking fee and the cost of any trials already done are non-refundable if you cancel or change your date, without prejudice to your statutory rights. If we could not provide the service or offer you an alternative, we refund your booking fee.
Team. I coordinate every service and assign the team’s professionals according to the wedding. They all work with my technique and my standards.
Images. When you book, you choose whether we may publish photos or videos of your service. The price is the same either way.
Prices. Signed quotes are honoured even if prices change.
